We are the church training local and national churches, small groups, and individuals in how to effectively share their faith, lead others to hope, and make disciples of all nations. We do this with a large toolbox full of resources and materials to help the church further the Kingdom. We are Kingdom-Force Multipliers.
We are invited to take part in multiplying the global body of Christ all around the world. Yearly we are actively going into the harvest field and participating in kingdom work. We train the local church how to increase the kingdom of God by showing them how to make disciples who make disciples, and how to take part in the Great Commission.
BCM began in the early 2000s as a simple house church, born from Pastor Tom Chambers' heart for church planting around the world. What started small in one living room soon grew into something far more intentional: a ministry committed to reaching people, both near and far, with the good news of Jesus and walking with them as disciples. Today, that calling has taken shape through church planting, short-term mission trips, small groups, and discipleship training, carrying us into meaningful, long-term partnerships in Peru, Costa Rica, Albania, and Romania, with an open hand toward wherever God grows the next relationship. Here at home, that same heart shows up in our biweekly church gatherings, in everyday discipleship with everyone we come in contact with, saved and unsaved alike, and in training local evangelism teams who go out into their own harvest fields to evangelize and disciple those they meet. The goal has never changed: to know Christ and to make Him known with everyone we meet.
